We specialize in custom home remodeling which includes bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, roofing & siding and many others.
We also provide architectural and engineering design consultation, and many other services to meet all your needs. It would be a pleasure to work with you on making your dream home come true!

As one of M&K’s founders, Mike has extensive background in kitchens, bathrooms and basement designs / layouts for over 25 years. Mike’s motto is that: “Each day is a blessing because there are no guarantees for tomorrow”.
Jeff Schiller
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff’s experience in Operations Management and Organizational Leadership in the mortgage, manufacturing, and finance industries allows him to bring 15+ years of corporate expertise to the M&K team. His motto is: “Quality is paramount – Process should be simple”.
Emily Gerace
Office Manager
Emily understands that the customer is the single most valuable asset an organization can have. She’s driven by the unrelenting pursuit of customer-driven focus, ideals and user experience. The motto that she lives by: “Treat everyone with respect, kindness and compassion”
Chris McGuckin
General Manager
As General Manager of M&K’s operations, Chris has a wealth of knowledge of what it takes to make each project unique and special. He makes sure they run smoothly in order to have a successful experience for each client. The motto he lives by every day: “Live each day to its fullest”.
Asa Carr
Director of Project Management
Prior to joining the M&K team, Asa spent 15+ years in a variety of leadership roles spanning both private and public sectors. He strongly believes that: “Excellence is doing ordinary things extraordinarily well”.
John Cavalieri
Director of Sales
John Cavalieri has nearly 20 years experience in the construction industry, starting as a union carpenter working his way into construction management. Incorporating old school business ethics with new school technology, John brings his enthusiasm and creativity in full force to the M&K Team. The motto that John lives by is: “Honor your commitments and put your best foot forward with everything you do”

I am extremely finicky about the quality of all of our M&K projects. I have my nose in everything, and expect everyone to “tow the PLUMB LINE”! My motto is: “NEVER let them see you sweat, and NEVER SHARE THE KIBBLE!”

We had our dated 60s bathroom completely remodeled by m&k and the end results were great! The office was helpful coordinating everything and ordering the selections we made. They started the project a week earlier than promised and finished the whole job in a week. Our Basement flooded with 3.5 inches of water. Nick and Mike delivered on what they told me. They started on time and were finished on time. They primed and painted with two coats of paint, they also fixed the drywall and sanded it and also replaced all of the trim work. On time and on Budget!

Incredibly pleased to have worked with M&K for our home renovation. As first-time homeowners, we heard all sorts of “dread” stories regarding working with contractors – fortunately none of them were applicable to M&K. The assessments for the work we requested were honest and the pricing was transparent. Communication through the planning and execution phases was painless – in addition to fantastic on-site teams, their central office was easy to communicate with. This was a big project essentially involving the whole house with a particular focus on the kitchen – inevitably some issues cropped up given the complexities of multiple moving parts (as well as supply chain issues, mostly on items we provided such as appliances), but they were easily and quickly resolved. Their subcontractors were absolutely amazing – very knowledgeable, efficient, and worked to keep our young kids safe through the whole process. They saved us a time or two from un-necessary overage costs and helped to smooth design choices.
