At M&K Renovations, one of our highly skilled estimators will gladly meet with you to discuss your project, completely free of charge. This is where you will discuss the scope of work, timelines, scheduling and budget. Our estimators will be there to answer any and all questions you may have regarding the project.

If you are interested in moving forward with the project, we will prepare an easy-to-read, detailed budget and scope of work that explains clearly and precisely what we will do, how we will do it, and how much it will cost. The estimator assigned to your project will be there to field any question or concern you may have with the proposal.

Once your proposal is signed, the fun really begins. You will work with one of our experienced product purchasers and designers to plan exactly what you need for your project. From picking out flooring, countertops, vanities or any other product required to bring your project to fruition, we will be there throughout the entire process to ensure you’re completely happy with the look and feel of your products.

Once your products are ordered to your desires, your dedicated project manager will do an initial pre-construction walk through, describing every piece of the process. They will help set your expectations and ensure the experience from project start to completion is one that is painless and stress-free.

Your project can now be started! You will be assigned a dedicated project manager and crew of experienced mechanics who will be there from project start to the very end. They will ensure that your project is done right and meets the desired project completion date.

Once your project is complete and the work area is spot-clean, your project manager will join you in a final walk-through to make sure the project met your desired expectations. It is at this time that you say goodbye to your new friends at M&K, but not for good; we guarantee our work and will return to your home for any touch-ups or adjustments, if necessary.

Our Basement flooded with 3.5 inches of water. Nick and Mike delivered on what they told me. They started on time and were finished on time. They primed and painted with two coats of paint, they also fixed the drywall and sanded it and also replaced all of the trim work. On time and on Budget!

Incredibly pleased to have worked with M&K for our home renovation. As first-time homeowners, we heard all sorts of “dread” stories regarding working with contractors – fortunately none of them were applicable to M&K. The assessments for the work we requested were honest and the pricing was transparent. Communication through the planning and execution phases was painless – in addition to fantastic on-site teams, their central office was easy to communicate with. This was a big project essentially involving the whole house with a particular focus on the kitchen – inevitably some issues cropped up given the complexities of multiple moving parts (as well as supply chain issues, mostly on items we provided such as appliances), but they were easily and quickly resolved. Their subcontractors were absolutely amazing – very knowledgeable, efficient, and worked to keep our young kids safe through the whole process. They saved us a time or two from un-necessary overage costs and helped to smooth design choices.
